Independent – executive consultant, program director, and technology builder in San Francisco, CA

  • Global Data Mining - Designed and implemented a new data management system for this B2B startup that slashed their average production cycle from 36 hours to just 5

  • Kaiser Permanente - Helped find avenues around entrenched internal obstacles to build and release an important sales tool

  • Tri-Valley Electrical Services - Built a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, streamlined office administration, and simplified field reporting procedures which reduced labor per sale and increased customer capacity sixfold

  • Waste Management - Created an intuitive software solution for a team at WM that dramatically increased data reliability and cut recurring project labor hours by 69%

Provage – small communications/digital media company in Antioch, CA

  • Led remote teams that designed and produced 100+ sales sheets, 40+ posters, 30+ online ads, and print advertisements viewed by thousands of strategic partners, over 200,000 magazine subscribers, and millions of conference attendees

  • Managed brand and media projects for multiple SMB's, Computerworld's Technical Recruiting & Retention Conference, the CTO Forum, and a website that allowed 5 independent organizations to share content responsibilities

  • Developed communication strategies, created business-critical presentations, and directed a video reenactment that disproved a witness's claims in a courtroom trial

International Data Group (IDG) – multibillion-dollar tech media company in San Francisco, CA

  • Solved workflow issues and implemented the automated process for a critically-praised, online advertising archival service which helped secure millions of dollars in annual advertising revenue

  • Invented a stage-to-web production system that resulted in IDG being one of the first companies in the world to stream high-quality audio/video presentations over the Internet

Advanced Audio Concepts – hardware startup in Winchester, MA

  • Worked with company founder to formulate business strategies, set team objectives, and solve the unpredictable daily challenges of running a startup

US Army Reserves – federal reserve military in Washington, D.C.

  • Developed a workflow system that substantially improved our team's closing rate while simultaneously making it more efficient to create, update, and repurpose extremely limited resources

  • Earned the Army Commendation Medal for helping a highly-technical group overcome a series of obstacles by creating a solution that capitalized on proprietary software and the unique skills of individual team members

  • Collaborated with other specialized experts to collect information on profiled groups, perform highly classified data analysis, and make actionable behavioral predictions
